USA, CANADA SHIPPING:
After your payment is verified, it takes 24-48 hours to process and ship out your order. Shipments are made from our facility in Toronto and usually take 3-7 business days to arrive with economy shipping option or 1-4 days with express shipping. If your item is backordered, you will be notified by email within the first 24 hours. If the order is placed on Friday it will most likely be shipped the following Monday. Due to COVID, Orders and Shipping times may be delayed.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
Most of our orders are shipped from our facility in Toronto. After your payment is verified, it takes 24-48 hours to process and ship out your order. It takes around 5-10 days for your shipment to arrive. Shipping partners are Canada Post, UPS or Fedex, depending on your location and the shipping zone. If your item is backordered, you will be notified by email within the first 24 hours. If the order is placed on Friday it will most likely be shipped the following Monday. You as a recipient will be responsible for any additional charges such as customs fees. Due to COVID, Orders and Shipping times may be delayed.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However, we do extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. We accept returns within 10 days of the date of receipt. Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging. Made-to-order items are not returnable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you.
